This was a good workout. Things I was excited about…I was able to string “8″ pullups together. DU’s were okay. Thing I stink at and need major improvement “OHS!” GoodNESS!! Those things kick my butt!! Started out with 65#, quickly dropped to 45#, couldn’t even do 1 at 65#. Oh well, got some work to do.

Worked up to 145lbs. Went for 155 – got to the rack position but couldn’t get under it. I moved my body weight over my head – from the ground…that’s pretty awesome.

Knocked out the first set of 25 pullups unbroken and then a couple more to get to 50 pretty quick. I’m ready to figure out the butterfly technique again.
