    3) Snatch Pull: 3X2 @ 90% – rest 60 sec. – DND
    (Hi Bar Back Squats 4×2 – 5 sec pause at bottom – 105#)

    Conditioning (pain threshold training)

    Compare to 120211.

    5 rounds for total time of:

    Row 250m
    10 Squat Clean to Thrusters 95/65#
    15 Burpees

    -Rest 3 minutes.
    3:14/3:16/3:18/3:21/3:23 = total work time 17:23

    I did regular Annie, we were one rower short. 9:07, then the middle school class. 5 pushups, 10 pullups, 5 pushups, 10 Kbps. Five rounds then 400 meter run.
