      it is just a matter of core strength. once your core catches up to your legs you will be able to control your back better.

      Woo hoo, Jen!!! That is absolutely awesome & inspiring. When I did Level Testing 1 last year, I completed & passed everything – EXCEPT “Christine” — I chickened out and didn’t even attempt her. Therefore, you are my HERO :D

    Gymnastics

    1) Every 30 sec for 5 minutes complete 2 Snatches (full squat) @ 75%. Notes: There will be a 10 Burpee penalty for every missed rep.
    *DND- can’t do snatches for a bit again*

    2) Every 30 sec for 5 minutes complete 1 Clean & Jerk (full squat) @ 75%. Notes: There will be a 20 Burpee penalty for every missed rep. 87# no penalties :)

    Strength

    1a) 3 X ME Bench Press @ 75% – rest 60 sec. *DND*
    1b) 3 X ME Strict C2B Pullups – rest 60 sec. 7/7/3

    Notes: If you know you have more 10 reps, add a 20lb vest. If you know you have more than 20, add a 40lb vest.

    Conditioning

    15:48, ended at 115#, tried to do RX, but I need to really work on my form at deadlifts, but I know what I have to work on, and will eventually get it! Thank you Matt for helping me with the deadlifts and Bryan too for pushing me at the end with the box jumps, my legs were pure noodles!!

      Also did 2 mile trail run after the WOD and worked on planks, got up to two sets of 30 secs. without shaking!
