BRING A FRIEND DAY WORKOUT!

With a partner perform the following for as many reps as possible:

 

2 rounds

Sit-ups

Burpees

Lunges

Shuttle Run

 

In this workout you move from each of 4 stations after 2 minutes of work.  At each station one team member will work for 1 minute straight, on the call of “switch” the other team member will finish out the remainder of the time at that station.  On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.  The clock does not reset or stop between stations but you will have 20 secs for transition.  This is an eight-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.  One point is given for each rep.
