Conditioning – Partner Workout

 

3 rounds for time of the following:

20 Burpees

40 MTN Climbers, 4 count

60 Air Squats

20 MB Chest Pass, 12/8

40 MB torso twist (20 each direction), 20/14

60 Double Unders

200M Run

All reps of one exercise must be completed by the team before moving on to the next.  The team may work together to complete the reps of each exercise or one partner may rest while the other works, the strategy is up to you.  The run must be completed by both team members before the next round is started or to call “time”.

Community Outreach – Partner Workout

With your partner perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of the following:

10 Burpees

20 Mountain Climbers, 2 count

40 Squats

200m Run

Work with your partner to complete the reps of each exercise.  All reps of one exercise must be completed before moving on to the next and each round will start over when both team members return from the run.  Work together and have fun!

      Not going to post b/c Jen was my partner!! Thanks for picking up the extra squats! You are amazing!! We almost caught those two! Had so much fun today!!

    Time: 23:48 rx for Callie. We used the 14# med ball for twists, 12# for pass.

    I always enjoy the partner WODs, especially when I get to work out with my daughter.

    PR’d on DU’s with 34. Watching Jen inspired me.
