Conditioning – Partner Workout
3 rounds for time of the following:
40 MTN Climbers, 4 count
60 Air Squats
20 MB Chest Pass, 12/8
40 MB torso twist (20 each direction), 20/14
60 Double Unders
All reps of one exercise must be completed by the team before moving on to the next. The team may work together to complete the reps of each exercise or one partner may rest while the other works, the strategy is up to you. The run must be completed by both team members before the next round is started or to call “time”.
Community Outreach – Partner Workout
With your partner perform as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of the following:
20 Mountain Climbers, 2 count
Work with your partner to complete the reps of each exercise. All reps of one exercise must be completed before moving on to the next and each round will start over when both team members return from the run. Work together and have fun!
