You’ve seen our classes, heard about us from a friend, or read about CrossFit online and you’re eager to get started!
Now it’s time to schedule a Free Intro by Clicking Here. During the Intro, we’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have and tell you more about our program. During the Intro, you also get to workout! We’ll walk you through the Baseline WOD – a short CrossFit workout so you can see what it’s like!
After your Intro, there are two options to get started in the CrossFit Canton Program. The first is Orientation. At CrossFit Canton, we want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, and the Orientation is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful. Led by a CrossFit Canton coach, and delivered in small group sessions, Orientation is offered in two 60 minutes classes held on Monday or Wednesday and Friday.
