




Thanks to everyone for their submissions for the contest, I received 15 workouts in all!! You guys got pretty creative with your ideas but there are also a lot of similar exercises used in the various WOD's so programming was a bit of a challenge. This should be a lot of fun!!
I put everyone's workouts in over the next 2 1/2 weeks so we will be off HQ's WOD's during that time but we will get back up to speed after the contest is over. So if you see a WOD on the HQ site that you want to do, be patient and we'll get to it after the contest is over.
Here is the deal about voting. After the contest is over I will be asking everyone to name their favorite 3 WOD's. Putting a WOD as your number 1 choice give that WOD - 3 points, putting it as your second choice gives that WOD - 2 points, and a third place vote gives that WOD - 1 point. You can only vote once and wait until the contest is over to submit your vote. Please send all votes to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . I will not except votes by note, text message, smoke signals, or any other form. Its too hard to keep track of.
Come to as many workouts as possible over this contest so that you can try out as many of your peers workouts as possible!! This will be fun!!
