I did 24:46 with modifications. My knee is still jacked up so I did upper body only rows in place of DU, 65# shoulder press instead of wall balls, and 80 pull-ups with green/orange bands.

Today's blog since the one on the website is down: Fight Gone Bad. I had to have a couple modifications because of my knee. I did shoulder press (26 75#), bent over rows (69 55#), sit-ups (69), push press (37 rx) pushups (42). Total reps 243! I can't wait for the This is the Day workshop mañana!
